via live webcast on Friday, May 10, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. EDT at
www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/AA2024.
Participation and Technical Support
Stockholders at the close of business on March 12, 2024, the record date, are
entitled to attend and participate in the Annual Meeting. To attend,
participate in, and/or vote at the virtual Annual Meeting at
www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/AA2024, stockholders must enter the 16-digit control number found on their notice,
proxy card, or voting instruction card previously distributed. The virtual
Annual Meeting platform is fully supported across browsers (Edge, Internet
Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari) and devices running the most updated
versions of applicable software and plugins. For technical support on the day

Stockholders have the opportunity to submit written questions before and
during the meeting. To do so prior to the meeting, beginning on May 3, 2024,
stockholders may log into
www.proxyvote.com using the 16-digit
control number found on their proxy card or voting instruction form, click on
“Submit Questions,” type a question into the field, and click “Submit.” To
submit a written question once you are logged in to the virtual meeting
platform at
www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/AA2024, type your question into the field labeled “Ask a Question,” and click
“Submit.” Please provide your name and address (city and state) and
organization when submitting a question. To allow as many stockholders as
possible to ask questions, you will be limited to a total of three questions
prior to and during the meeting.
